Cone Crusher

Rugged and reliable, and designed to achieve outstanding results, our cone crushers feature a steep crushing chamber angle, a large crushing stroke, and optimum speed to deliver a finer product through increased inter-particle comminution.

Hammer Crusher

The material passes through the feed opening into the striking arc of the rotating hammers. The hammers fling the material against the grinding ledges of the grinding wall, from where it rebounds back against the hammers. The material flow is spread over the following discharge grates, where the product granulometry is separated and discharged through the grates. Any remaining material continues to be processed until it can pass through the grate gap. The grate bar gap spacing determines the final product size. To influence the product size, the circumferential speed of the rotor can be varied.

Jaw Crusher

Jaw crushers reduce large rocks or ore by means of compression. Mechanical pressure is applied using the crusher’s two jaws; one is fixed while the other makes an eccentric movement. There are also primary and secondary types of these crushers. Configurations options include enclosed rotor and rock shelf (ROR), enclosed rotor and anvil ring (ROS) and open table rotor and anvil ring (SOS).
