Our crushing and screening units are flexible, durable and deliver class-leading productivity. Many of these units combine primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing, as well as screening, in a single unit.
Portable Jaw Crushers
Portable Jaw Crushers are primary crushing units fully assembled on a single trailer frame and mounted on a double or triple axle bogie. Featuring highly reliable and productive jaw crushers, they come complete with feeder, motors, starters, frequency drive, and electrical control panel.
Portable Impact Crushers
Portable Impact Crushers are wheel-mounted rock processing machines, engineered for primary, secondary, and tertiary applications.
Portable Cone Crushers
Portable Cone Crushers are complete integrated wheeled processing units featuring high production cone crushers and high-capacity three or four deck vibrating screens. The material can be fed by separate conveyor belts from the primary crusher or through a separate feed hopper either to the crusher or screen. Combined with the large vibrating screen for efficient and accurate screening, these units have proven to be the ideal solution for aggregates production and recycling at a low cost per tonne.
Portable Screens
Portable Screens are wheel-mounted and have been designed for maximum capacity in highly accurate screening operations.
Portable Two-Stage Plants
Complete processing unit fully assembled on a single trailer frame. Featuring a grizzly feeder, highly reliable and productive jaw crusher for primary crushing, cone crusher for secondary crushing, and closed circuit belt conveyors for excellent feed to the vibrating screen. This offers a highly versatile, high-end capacity plant capable of processing one to three products at a low cost-per-tonne operation.
